Launch Pad Day

An intensive one day workshop designed to produce a clear and deliberate action plan for business owners who wish to grow and develop their business.

Here are 5 Key outcomes:   

  1. Positioning clients to achieve success in their business and personal life.   
  2.  Analyze current business performance in seven key areas:
    Finances: Budgeting, Cashflow & Profitability
    Team: People and Training
    Leadership: Direction and Planning
    Operations: Delivery, Distribution, Productivity & Service
    Testing and Measuring: How it’s done
    Sales and Marketing: Conversion & Lead Generation
    Systems & Technology: Leverage, making it easy  
  3. Align and develop the business owners’ personal and business goals.
  4. Assist the business owner to identify and develop key areas of emotional intelligence that are critical for business success.
  5. Create 12 month and 90 day action plans to ensure accountability and the achievement of the business owners’ goals.
Business owners select one of the following two options:

OPTION 1: Monthly Nexus Group (3hrs)

  1. The Nexus group provides an environment of collaborative focus on specific challenges within an owners’ business.They build a community of like-minded business owners who desire to learn, improve performance and support others in the achievement of these goals.
  2. Discussions of other priority topics as determined by external factors such as changes to the business environment, taxation, team retention and performance, sales and lead generation...
  3. Mid-month support call that assists the business owner to maintain focus and overcome barriers that prevent the implementation of their 90 day and 12 month plans (30 min).
  4. Every 90 days a “Business Performance Review” is conducted on each individual business allowing members to contribute and learn about how other business owners operate.

OPTION 2: Customised Mentoring Program

Usually weekly or fortnightly mentoring sessions (1–2–1) with the business owner that addresses the issues specific to their business. Training packages can be included.

Ongoing Support

  1. Access to facilitators by phone, email or faxs hould the need arise.
  2. Access to BSN’s library of business articles, improvement guides and tools.
  3. Subscription to a regular monthly newsletter.
  4. Specific training programs (additional cost) sales, customer service, team building.
  5. Management consulting and project management (additional cost).
